Finding Inspiration Through Silence and Soul Connections
As soon as we open to our inspiration through silence, we have set the intention to go deep and receive higher wisdom. We have given permission to our spiritual self to speak and allow our heart to hear what our mind often closes to. Many spiritual and creative traditions use silence to delve into the mysteries of life, gain insight and breathe new energy into their individual life and wellbeing. This day is about experiencing personal silent communication between soul and spirit, and through the use of creative techniques such as free-flow writing and imagery we will explore the natural rhythm of pause and flow, being and expressing. There will be group reflection time weaved into the day, where we can come together and share experiences and insight to further enrich our wisdom and individual growth.
No prior experience is necessary; you do not need to be an artist or a writer to enjoy this day. Just bring an open mind and an open heart.
